Happy with service. Explained process very clearly and I need a language I understood,did not use estate agent jargon. Process from beginning to completion was seamless.Was kept informed of progress on a regular basis and had contact details of Vicky if any questions I needed answered.

Lewis was our contact for a property we were interested in in Scotland, where the home buying process is quite different. He was extremely helpful in navigating our way through the process and kept us informed of progress at every step; with a positive outcome for all involved.
