We’ve just sold our house with Springbok and I can’t speak highly enough of them as a whole. We had Vicky Coffey as our sales manager and she was wonderful! We’ve used about 6 other estate agents with different property sales previously and Vicky and Springbok were leagues above in their professionalism, keeping us informed and just the whole package. Can’t see myself using anyone else and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Hopefully we get lucky enough to get Vicky if we work with them again. She had viewings pre arranged within hours of it going on the market and within 24 hours of us handing over the keys she organised the viewings, plus had three offers on the table and then even had the buyers increase the offers.

They purchased the property in ‘as is’ condition. Following my sister’s demise, I needed a quick sale. I was not local to the property, so I requested Springbok to manage everything on my behalf. I was also extremely busy with work at the time and could not have found the time to travel and handle everything on my own. I was very impressed with their service. The property also needed a lot of work, so it was not going to be easy to sell on the open market without renovation which was not my plan. Springbok’s cash buying solution worked perfectly for me, as they bought the house in it’s current condition. I would highly recommend Springbok if you want a faster sale but at a fair price.
