We started the process of selling our family home after our parents passed last year, springbok were the first company we spoke with at the beginning of this year, we were so impressed with the charges applied and the customer service provided to myself from Ben and especially Tom all the way through has made a sometimes stressful task much easier to deal with. Nothing ever seemed to much trouble for Tom and if he didn’t answer my call straight away would always call me back. Very impressed and would use springbok again in the future.

I recently (Q2, 2021) purchased a house that was being sold through Springbok. They were always very helpful and I can't emphasise enough on how professional and also approachable (through emails and calls) Natalie Jenkins was. I had been warned by family and friends tat buying a house was a stressful business, however Natalie and her team made it significantly easier than what I expected.

The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 as near the end I did have to send a strongly worded email to get the last step moved forward, though If I was a betting man I would say this was more to do with the seller's solicitors (and possibly mine) than it was to do with the Springbok.

Once again, I can fully recommend buying a house through this agency!
