Sarah: There was one day I think, we had three or four people come and it just went really smoothly.

Trevor: In fact, at one point, as one couple was leaving the front door, the other couple was up at the back door. It was really good the way it worked, wasn't it?

Sarah: It was, yeah. Much better than the old-fashioned estate agent.

Trevor: I have dealt with estate agents in the past and it's a nightmare because they want to come around with the potential buyers and they want to show them around the house. For me that doesn't work but this did. This was really good.

Sarah: It was.
