Ian: Hi, my name's Ian Ramney. I live in Sheffield and I work in a little village outside Sheffield. We started looking around and we found a place that we were quite keen on and got an offer in for our place which was accepted, provided it was sold subject to contract. Therefore, I needed a quick sale of my house. A lot of the houses where I live, they do sell quickly and our aim was 12 months so I knew that I needed a quick sale. So I just Googled 'estate agents quick sale'. We had the EPC rating done and various other bits and pieces. Then we came through to the conclusion, which was three months after the pictures were taken and the brochure produced. Three months later, the completion day was met. And that was it, done and dusted.
