Darren: Yeah. And with our ex.
Jennifer: He informed what he could. Couldn't tell us a great deal because obviously, the offers from the people went straight to Springbok. But he was able to say, "Yes, I think this was a good one" and gave us hints and tips as to how to improve. Because after the first showing, we hadn't really done things as we needed to and he gave us really good advice. And it worked because we sold the house really quickly!
Darren: Was I Annie from Springbok?
Jennifer: Oh, she was fantastic.
Darren: She was really good. Got phone calls at different times and emails just to see how things are going on. She\s the one that actually. I think, got the house sold quickly.
Jennifer: She was really, really efficient, really on the ball, chased us up.
Darren: Any emails, any phone calls, she'd always answer as soon as she could.
Jennifer: Even if it was unanswered, "I'm really sorry I'm quite busy at the moment but I will get back to you…" she always did, every single time without fail.
Darren: Really good.
