Helen Bouchard

Let's meet some of our happy clients with their homemade video testimonials…

Helen: Hi, I'm Helen Bouchard. I live in Leyland. I have used Springbok to sell my previous house and I wanted to downsize as I am now retired. Springbok were very, very helpful. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on and were reasonably easy to get hold of if I'd got any queries.

Springbok Rep: We’re open 24/7 so if you need to get in touch, someone's always here to take your call at a time that suits you – day or night.

Helen: I was selling my house originally because I needed to downsize because my family had left home, the house was too big for me on my own. And it was a good family-sized home hence the reason I was looking for somewhere smaller.

Springbok rep: For most people, the top priority is speed and price. They want to achieve the highest offers in the shortest possible time. At Springbok Properties, we've developed our whole business around understanding these two concepts. We utilize an innovative, systematic approach to estate agency that's gained us a reputation for being one of the fastest and most efficient agents in the business.

Helen: I found Springbok through an advertisement. I can't even remember where, I think it was online, and decided to give them a try as my previous estate agent hadn't been particularly helpful. They didn’t give me any feedback or keep me up to date with what was going on. But I found totally the opposite with Springbok. Whenever I had viewings, they'd get in touch. They gave me correct feedback; they gave me information that I needed to make life easier for selling the property.

Springbok rep: The majority of our customers come to us having been frustrated with the services of estate agents. Poor communication, sales falling through and generally under-delivering. We hear from homeowners when they've been let down with a low offer at auction or when a cash company has failed them at the last moment, or when their estate agent has their home on the market for longer than they can afford.

Helen: The valuer came out, gave me a middle-of-the-rod price to what I'd been given before, gave me some advice on what to put the property up for sale for, and proceeded to get all the documentation sorted, etc. I had contact with a gentleman called Ryan. He was the person who kept me up to date, kept contacting me re the bookings, making it suitable for me, and worked everything around my time and my availability. When I actually had agreed, he passed me on to a lady called Annie. She dealt with the sale side and again, kept me in the loop and kept things going. She didn’t have a problem with me constantly contacting her to find out was what happening, as the sale took a long time through my buyer's issues, being a first-time buyer. But eventually it went through some thank you very much to Annie.

Springbok rep: An estate agent will assess your home from a professional perspective. But every property is unique and it's the details that make the difference. Your own first-hand experience of living there can play a major role in highlighting its best features to prospective buyers. So share that information with your agent when deciding how to make the property.

Springbok rep: What will be valuable to you is to speak to us and allow us to tailor our services to your situation in a timescale that works for you.

We have a fantastic culture based on transparency and hard work within the business, always backed up by an amazing team who've been with the business for many years.
