Dave: We got in touch with Springbok over the phone. A lady - I can't remember the name – came to the house and she was very nice, very helpful. She had a walk around the house, had a look at it, agreed with the prices I'd sort of had in my head. So we went ahead. Basically, the rest was done online and over the telephone. We were very pleased with the system up until then.

Dave: The lady rang about the solicitors, everything they were going to do with the buyer. The contract was sent to me through the post. We signed the contract, had witnesses, which you're supposed to do anyway then we posted them back to the solicitor. To be quite honest, everything was so efficient it was unbelievable. I didn't think selling a house was so easy.
