I had Ryan as my selling account manager.
Ryan has a an exceptional level of understanding in what he does, something which clearly shows in his passion when dealing with him on the phone.
His customer service is second to none, in a world where selling properties can be extremely stressful and challenging, Ryan manages to keep his cool, offer advice and hits an action plan to remedy any concerns extremely quickly.
After a slow start on my property, Ryan went away, within 30 minutes he was back with suggestions and revisions based on his market research and made those changes. Within 2 weeks of the amendments, we had 2 viewings and an offer which is now on it's way to a quick 2 week completion. The property final value was 40% higher than local estate agents advised I could achieve, Ryan believed in my research and knowledge, and this has paid off to my absolute delight.
As a senior Operations Manager in a non related industry, Ryan is a clear and unrivalled asset to Springbok properties, I wouldn't hesitate to have him on my team. I sincerely hope the senior management at Springbok see this advert and reward Ryan accordingly for exceptional levels of engagement, customer service and all round satisfaction.
