I recently (Q2, 2021) purchased a house that was being sold through Springbok. They were always very helpful and I can't emphasise enough on how professional and also approachable (through emails and calls) Natalie Jenkins was. I had been warned by family and friends tat buying a house was a stressful business, however Natalie and her team made it significantly easier than what I expected.

The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 as near the end I did have to send a strongly worded email to get the last step moved forward, though If I was a betting man I would say this was more to do with the seller's solicitors (and possibly mine) than it was to do with the Springbok.

Once again, I can fully recommend buying a house through this agency!
